Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to our financial operations, driving growth and ensuring fiscal responsibility. • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess financial performance, identify trends, and evaluate business metrics.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions to align expenditures with budgetary guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Align financial goals with overall business strategy.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, creditors, and financial institutions.
• Monitor and assess financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA, MFin would be an advantage.
• 8+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP), financial reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software applications, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
