JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGN & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR Your Responsibilities as a Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Coordinator: Lead graphic design projects from concept through completion.
Work collaboratively with the international marketing team to develop and execute design
solutions that meet the team s strategic objectives.
Produce highquality static animated and video visuals for externalfacing media including website sales documents social media posts and publications.
Work with the Commercial and Center teams to provide designs for original externalfacing documents and presentations.
Maintain a ticketing system to manage the flow of inbound design requests from Commercial and Center teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all company graphics.
Using Marketo you will help create and run mailing campaigns such as event promotions newsletters and other member communications.
You will also help keep the international webpages up to date by assisting with product uploads tagging and curation of featured insights and people records.

Requirements

Qualifications as a Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Coordinator:

27 years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong problemsolving skills and very high attention to detail.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and innovative projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva and other design software.

Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with Marketo SugarCRM or equivalent software is highly desired/good to have.
