Job Description

• Develop ideas and brainstorm with the management team with regards to project's needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and time-lines
• Ensure all projects are carried out to specific standards, building codes and regulations.
• Cooperate and liaise with the construction team,.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Must have at least 20 years of experience in the property industry.
• Has previous experience as a Head of Architect for several projects. Worked in the Philippines.
• Has good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Opportunity to manage multi-properties in the Philippines. It also allows senior talent to hone skills in team management, strategy development, and business growth.
