Head of Digital Marketing

Salary: 150,000 PHP

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Master.
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Drive website traffic and improve user experience through continuous optimization and testing.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
• background in leading successful marketing campaigns, managing a team, and driving digital transformation is essential
• Experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in different types of the following advertising platforms: (Meta, Google ,Bing, Outbrain, Taboola, Reddit, Twitter)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150,000.00 per month
