Hiring Account Associate Manager

Key responsibilities Manage multiple projects within and across accounts and serve as the strategic partner across all our collaborators (M+C, Brand, and the business) Work closely with the project management and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within scope Help to ensure that projects are strategically aligned and prioritized Continually look to improve the way we work as account managers, as well as with our partners Be a champion for great creative Help to drive brand consistency and coherence Defend team ideas, celebrate accomplishments, and take care of our people Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best outcomes are shared with our partners Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications role, preferably within a Marketing or Communications agency
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Critical thinking / problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MS suite of products, specifically PPT, Word, Excel.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools (Writer, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus.
