- Transaction Execution: Lead all facets of transaction execution, from pitch book preparation to financial analysis and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Financial Modeling: Develop intricate financial models to evaluate scenarios and provide strategic recommendations, utilizing methodologies like DCF, LBO, and comparables.
- Client Interaction: Cultivate client relationships by managing daily interactions and presenting analysis outcomes effectively.

- Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence efforts, analyze findings, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
- Strong team player with a solid work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Degree or extensive coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Exceptional quantitative and critical thinking abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial statements analysis and valuation techniques.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.

- MBA, CPA, CFA, or relevant graduate degree preferred.
