Kitchen Equipment Technician

Description: Troubleshooting about kitchen equipment performing diagnostics reports and maintenance of faulty and worn-out parts and kitchen equipment; Assist in the development and innovation of new products to meet market demands within FABJ Dynamics Enterprise, a leader in the dynamic Retail industry; Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure product relevance and appeal; Partner with cross-functional teams to align product vision and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximising profitability; Monitor product performance, implement enhancements, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in appliance repair preferred but not required; Experience Level: 1 - 3 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment; Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in diagnostics and repair of kitchen appliances, understanding of maintenance protocols, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics; Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance checks, promptly respond to repair requests, ensure functionality of all kitchen equipment, keep maintenance records, diagnose issues and provide cost-effective solutions; Working Conditions: Physically demanding role requiring movement around kitchen facilities, occasional lifting of heavy parts, exposure to high-temperature environments, and potential for varied work hours.
