Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary/Objective:
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research to identify potential prospects and follow up on leads.
• Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment
• Actively source new business opportunities
• Submit reports on sales lead journey
• Investigate and find contact details for targeted key areas
• Develop and maintain sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy
• Source new records for the database as required
• Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Experience in research, prospecting, or lead generation for at least 1 year
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc)
• Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, and presentation
• Experienced with Linkedin
• Experience with CRMs, or Softwares such as Hubspot or SalesForce is a PLUS
