TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a Mandarin speaking sales specialist for Pasig Job title: Mandarin Sales Specialist (URGENT) Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 7:30pm (Fixed weekends off, No work on holidays) Work set-up: Onsite Start Date: ASAP (Preferably endorse applicants that are available to start ASAP or within month of May) Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow Help customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues Meet and/or exceed quotas Job Specifications: Excellent customer service skills Preferably with at least a year of work experience in the call center industry handling Sales Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Advanced organizational skills Preferably at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading Fluently speaking in Mandarin and intermediate in English (written) / basic English in spoken Highly self-motivated Working knowledge of CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player Willing to work on-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig City Job Summary: Mandarin Sales Specialist/Consultant is persuasive, customer service oriented & has passion for Sales. Open for Mandarin speaker w/ Sales experience any nationality but preferably based in the Philippines already but open for a relocation arrangement.
