Knowledge and Experience : 4 years experience (Non Real Estate), 2 years experience (Real Estate)

Education and Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or any Business related course ; Certified Real Estate Broker/Salesperson with updated License (PRC)

Skills and Competencies :

• Good organization and planning skills
• Excellent analytical skills: 
• Expert in forwarding thinking & market research
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong effective verbal and writer communications skills
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use variety of software; including MS office
• Planning and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating sales of commercial space and the delivery of real estate transactions for KMC Savills. 
• Acts as the trusted advisor to the client and will proactively develop strategies in order to ensure sales and maintain excellent client and/or relations. 
• Establish a consistent excellent customer service offering, utilize technology to drive efficiencies and innovation. 
• Deliver a differentiated and superior service offering to a client, such as but not limited to the following: 
  • Client Relations/Tenant Representation 
  • Business Development 
  • Sales/Account Management 
  • Contract Administration and documentation 
• Meet 100% of individual target 
• Update CRM 
• Allowed to cross sell services of different business lines of the company 
• Achieve 80% customer and client satisfaction through survey
• Customer Perspective: 
  • Follow sales process 
  • Work on KMC leads 
  • Chase and acquire leads 
  • Follow process of documentation (complete submission and proper tagging of ISO docs) 
  • Attend team meetings 
  • Attend TR Trainings 
  • Pass TR Exam 
  • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
