About the job:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, email marketing, market research, basic graphic design using Canva and Figma, and general administrative support. Ideal candidates will exhibit creativity, proficiency in Canva and Figma, and a passion for marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels
• Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
• Email Marketing: Help in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant.
• Possesses good design skills (portfolio must be provided).
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for the company mission (will be discussed during the interview).
• Must be able to create authentic content.
• Is genuinely creative.
• Must be proficient in using Figma and Canva.
