Marketing Assistant

He/She/They will provide support to Marketing Communications Group - Strategic Marketing in areas of Finance, Procurement, Marketing Operations in relation to Private Banking requirements. Opportunities to lead minor marketing projects will be part of the role.

Rank for the role is Junior Assistant Manager.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Preparation of requirements of new employees
• Requesting supplies and IT related items
• Handling team meetings, scheduling and reservation of conference rooms, vehicle service request
• Facilitate sponsorships approval
• Coordination for marketing collaterals and giveaway items
• Budget or Cost Estimate Monitoring
• Payment Processing
• Lead on specific tasks for special projects

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or other relevant courses
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing support

You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati AND Ortigas.
