The Marketing Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for an individual new to the area of marketing. As a non-profit, member-driven think tank, you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, Asia to learn and excel across a broad scope of key marketing production projects, as well as a wide variety of duties which support our digital development initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant certifications to the role.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be fluent in English language with the capacity to articulate and collaborate with different stakeholders effectively.
Adaptable and process driven.
Ability to multi-task.
Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills in ensuring issues are resolved.
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, knowledge in Adobe programmes preferred. Your Responsibilities a Marketing Assistant: Oversee the production projects of thought leadership publications through our Content Management Platform tools.
Support digital development initiatives by coordinating with our Digital Media team for the Asia webcast & podcast programme, and to assist with content & video creation.
Perform regular website updates with new publications, upcoming events & more.
Manage email campaigns using Marketo for increased program and brand prominence.
