Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
As a Marketing Associate for our esteemed food and beverage restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests’ experiences, implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, and managing our social media channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about the food and beverage industry and adept at utilizing various marketing techniques to drive engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhancing Guest Experience:
   - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
   - Conduct regular assessments of guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  - Work closely with the operations team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.
2. Implementing CRM Strategies:
   - Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM system to effectively manage guest relationships and preferences.
   - Segment guest data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.
   - Monitor customer engagement metrics and use insights to refine CRM strategies and drive repeat business.
3. Managing Social Media Channels:
   - Oversee the day-to-day management of our restaurant’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
   - Create engaging content (including visuals, captions, and videos) that reflects the restaurant’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
   - Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and community-building.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   - Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
   - Communicate marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
   - Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
Job type: Permanent
Emp type: Tuesday - Saturday 12PM to 10PM – Rockwell 6PM - 2AM – Uptown
Location:Hybrid - Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Dr, Makati City Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig City (At least 3-4 hours onsite work and must work onsite as needed).
