Marketing Associate for Digital Solutions Company

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing a. Assists in branding of the company, products and product awareness campaigns b. Provides in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the products i. Reviews local and international setting, and suggest application ii. Conducts research for project feasibility iii. Reviews existing products and suggest enhancement iv. Conducts field visits for research and to evaluation of products c. Assists in Marketing efforts onsite and online i. Develop marketing campaigns, for evaluation and approval of the General Manager ii. Execute activities that will generate leads, including coordination with suppliers, e.g. flyers, newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence (social media, website), B2B events, webinars, survey/fill-out forms, press releases, etc. iii. Manages SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products d. Manages website and social media accounts e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the Marketing Supervisor f. Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management 2. Project Management a. Assists in development of products based on the research and analysis (1) to meet client requirements and (2) to have advertising programs i. Recommends new product and develop pricing strategies ii. Prepares product design, user story b. Manages product from conceptualization, development, and delivery to the clients i. Regularly interfaces with the System Sales for client requirements and approvals ii. Ocular site visits c. Performs quality checking and review of products d. Prepares presentation, and demo when necessary e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to superior f. Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course. No work experience required.

SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS

Skilled in research, analyzing data, and creating and implementing plans within a timeline. Skilled in creating and managing campaigns, generating content, and can drive sales growth. Social media, LinkedIn and online marketing. SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Good in copywriting. Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports. Experience in B2B marketing. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace. Knows basic Photoshop or Canva.
