We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our marketing automation systems and processes. You will be responsible for managing Customer.io (our automated messaging platform) to streamline our marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Management: Utilize Customer.io to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and maximize system performance.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing data, including customer behaviors, campaign metrics, and engagement rates, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead Nurturing and Upselling: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel, increase customer engagement, and drive upsell opportunities within the existing customer database.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmenting target audiences, and optimizing email deliverability and open rates.
  • Sequencing: Develop and understand sequences to automate and personalize marketing communications based on customer interactions and behaviors.
  • Logic and Targeting: Understand the logic and criteria for targeting specific customer segments, including lead scoring, persona-based marketing, and other relevant parameters.
  • Tracking and Testing: Set up tracking mechanisms, analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize marketing automation campaigns to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment, provide training, and effectively communicate automation strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Customer.io or similar.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience communicating with developers to ensure successful integration and troubleshooting of marketing automation systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficient in creating and understanding marketing sequences to automate and personalize customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead nurturing and upselling strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability optimization, and open rate improvement.
  • Familiarity with logic and targeting strategies for effective customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
  • Experience in setting up tracking mechanisms, conducting A/B testing, and continuously optimizing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup

  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by the company
  • Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed)
