Marketing Executive(Centric Group)

The Centric Group of Companies is seeking an innovative Marketing Executive to promote our company's brand, solutions, and services to businesses in the but not limited to the Philippines and Singapore. To ensure success in this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for demand generation engagements to new and existing business opportunities from the Centric Group of Companies. Product, solutions and service offerings include but are not limited to: 

• Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Consultancy Services

• Enterprise Management Services

• Customer Experience Services: 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing marketing and execution plan. 

• Working with vendors and principals for demand generation activities. 

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and strategies. 

• Increase brand awareness and profitability. 

• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. 

• Generating new business leads. 

• Increasing brand awareness and market share. 

• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and other departments and vendors/principals. 

• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget and monitoring spend and ROI. 

• Overseeing events, branding, advertising, digital channels, and promotional campaigns. 

• Managing the marketing department's staff. 

• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to management. 

• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. 

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or executive role. 

• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Skills: 

• Strategic thinking and planning skills. 

• Proficiency in marketing tools and software. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team. 

• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Familiarity with business development principles. 

Knowledge: 

• In-depth understanding of various marketing strategies and tactics. 

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management. 

• Understanding of brand management and positioning. 

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. 

• Awareness of industry trends and competitor analysis.
