LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position: Marketing Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST (10pm-6am PHT)
Salary Range: 900-1500 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Responsibilities:
- Create and dispatch email communications to affiliate partners.
- Generate content for advertisements featured on partner websites.
- Conduct basic photo editing tasks using tools like Canva;
- Develop comprehensive strategies and tactics to increase awareness of our company and drive qualified traffic to our platform.
- Execute marketing campaigns effectively, overseeing all stages from conceptualization to implementation.
- Explore various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, and lead generation initiatives.
- Produce compelling content for our website and blog, aimed at attracting and converting target audiences.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating resources strategically.
- Supervise the creation and approval of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights and evaluating against predefined objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior data to refine email and advertising strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of marketing experience, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and devise innovative cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analysis.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for impactful copywriting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Preferred: BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness and competence. Emphasis on the importance of trustworthy candidates.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Candidate must have a robust social media presence on personal platforms.
