Position : Marketing Manager
Work Hours (Client): M-F, 9 am to 6 pm, EST
Pay Range : $1,300 - 1,600 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, email campaigns, live events, and partner strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot and experience with Webflow, with the ability to effectively manage vendors/agencies and execute strategies developed by the head of marketing. Experience in the tech-enabled services, home services, or property insurance industry is highly desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
- Coordinate live events and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the head of marketing to plan, execute, and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in driving marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in HubSpot is required; experience with Webflow is a strong plus.
- Experience with AI marketing tools and automation
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in the tech-enabled services, home services, or property insurance industry is preferred.
