The Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand identity, promote corporate objectives, and drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creative flair, and a deep understanding of branding, corporate communications, and marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development : Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies for Filigree and FAI that align with corporate goals and values. Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to differentiate the brand in the market.
Corporate Communications : Oversee all corporate communication efforts, including press releases, executive communications, and internal communications. Develop key messages and narratives to convey the company's mission, values, and achievements to stakeholders.
Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards for use by internal teams and external partners.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation. Utilize data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, media, and industry influencers. Represent the brand at events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and reputation.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses. Monitor ROI and performance metrics to optimize marketing investments.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence in execution and achieve departmental goals.

Can apply effective interpersonal skills to provide service
Develop alternative acceptable approaches and ideas
Demonstrates persistence & overcomes obstacles
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
