MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description:

• Directs and leads the marketing team in order to build and grow the brand equity of TIIC and its banner products as well as achieve sales targets.
• Oversees the effective planning and implementation of the department’s functions such as market research, marketing plan preparation, implementation, and evaluation, product development and management, brand management, and marketing communications.
• Initiates development of guidelines and processes and manage the marketing department’s activities to ensure team’s alignment and achievement of departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a college degree in any Business or Sales/Marketing related course.
• With at least 8 years of experience in Sales/Marketing related field.
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in leading a team.
