- Building marketing programs aligned with the overall marketing plan. This includes strategies, campaigns, and promotions based on data, research, and trends.
- Proposing market research projects, and generating consumer insights for planning purposes
- Execution
- Leading and executing marketing plans online and offline. Working/coordinating with other teams, depts, or external agencies/vendors
- Sourcing for external agencies/vendors when necessary
- Operational efficiency
- Ensuring all marketing activities are impactful and cost-efficient. This includes ROI and pre & post marketing cost analysis
- Helping build the marketing processes and SOP and making improvements as necessary.
- NPD and NSO
- Collaborating with production for the rollout of new products (NPD), new store openings (NSO) and other marketing launch plans
