About us
The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specialized in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions. We run approximately 50 events a month for our clients and help them create environments that can start meaningful business relationships, globally.
The Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to take the helm of our digital content and social media marketing initiatives. In this role, you will lead a small talented team, overseeing the creation and promotion of compelling online content, including written, video, and social media materials. Your primary focus will be executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing specialists.
- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Foster the professional growth of team members, providing guidance and support for their continued success within the organisation.
Social Media and Video Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage and grow our online community, foster brand advocacy, and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Manage the creation of engaging video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and value proposition.
Content Management:
- Oversee the creation of compelling event content for our executive knowledge-sharing discussions to enhance our thought leadership position in the industry.
- Lead content marketing activities, including content creation, distribution, and optimisation across various channels such as the website, blog, and email marketing.
Analysis and Branding:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimise marketing activities and achieve goals.
- Ensure that all marketing content is aligned with brand and company values, maintaining consistent branding across all materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Understanding of graphic design and video creation principles.
