JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years as digital marketing, and marketing officer
Experience in beauty retail or clinic is a plus
Experience in customer relationship management
Knowledge in the following: creative digital execution, digital partnerships, digital platforms management, mall marketing partnerships
Knowledgeable in canva, video editing, photo editing,
Experience in digital marketing, social media/content management, copywriting
Must be Instagram and Tiktok Savy
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities
Create Marketing Plan, including online and offline.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Create and publish engaging content, as well as optimize content according to SEO.
Edit, proofread, and improve writers’ posts, as well as ensure brand identity.
Shoot photos, and videos, and edit based on the brand’s identity & marketing plan.
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms in order to increase web traffic.
Build relationships & liaise with KOL and Media.
Create a press release, and marketing copy, and ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content plan is on board.
Stay up-to-date with trend-era development and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
Manage and update day-to-day digital ads operation (SEM, GDN, FB & Google Ads).
Create marketing report (Awareness, ROI).
Establish a minimum of 50 Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships monthly.
Generate 2000 leads/foot traffic through marketing partnerships and initiatives.
Oversee social media platforms, ensuring a minimum of 9 content pieces per month, comprising videos and flat photos for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business, with a target of 10% monthly improvement in engagements and clicks.
Create 2 TikTok videos weekly and conduct weekly streams to promote product/service launches.
Deliver monthly reports to the Managing Director on lead generation.
Supervise 1 designer and enhance website content.
Produce a minimum of 4 monthly blogs to enhance SEO.
Execute 8 Facebook blasts monthly on Clibase.
Manage all online duties during store openings.
