Marketing Officer (Content Creator)

THE ROLE

As a Marketing Associate (Content Creator) you are primarily responsible for producing written, verbal, and visual materials that promote products and services to potential and existing clients. You are in charge of developing promotional materials and utilize social media for brand awareness. They must maintain knowledge of the latest trends, create content that captures the public's interest, and engage with clients, all while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create content for web presence
• Manage creative assets for the department, use photo editing tools such as Canva and or Photoshop, and basic video editing tools using Canva or InShot (mobile app)
• Maintain and produce content on social media accounts like daily posts and stories
• Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok) and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Implement social media strategy to maximize reach and generate inquiries and sales conversion.
• Execute thorough content QA, ensuring grammatical and spelling accuracy, strong writing and compelling photos.
• Monitor, assess, review, and report social media analytics on campaigns to maximize results
• Other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
