Job Description - Marketing Specialist

Designated Marketing personnel for the Team focusing on Software
Assigned in coordinating with the Corporate Group in their quarterly campaigns
Conceptualizing and executing online and physical events for the assigned products. Includes event hosting.
Developing marketing strategies and plans to entice End-users/clients from different industries to participate in our events
Compilation and preparation of Budget Request Forms and Liquidation.
Managing and nurturing all the generated leads
In charge of event invites and sales promotions
Helps in creating post-event and marketing reports every quarter
Handling company giveaways/supplies for Group (consolidation of requests, distribution, and inventory)
Creating and presenting reports.
Other Marketing Task

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
Excellent marketing and administrative software skills.
Excellent people skills.
Create advertising material by collaborating with the Digital and Marketing Design and Content teams.
Facilitate in the organization and implementation of promotional events.
Maintain an organized and readable record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.
Observe the marketing activities of competitors.
Social media advertising / e-commerce experience preferred
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities. Follows up on all relevant issues.
