Job Responsibilities:
• Confers with the President and Sales and Marketing Team Head in creating written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.
• Develops and designs proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and/or related collateral materials; participates and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable individuals / parties.
• Conducts comprehensive industry trend analysis, including market, competitive and pricing trends.
• Supports the Sales and Marketing Team Head, and Sales Managers with various analyses and project work; prepares sales and marketing presentations.
• Prepares cost estimates for variety of promotional vehicles, and evaluates relative ROI.
• Creates new product launch plans, product collateral sales support materials, and promotions.
• Participates in hiring, evaluating, training, disciplining and recommending discharge of staff as necessary.

Corporate Communications
• Supports implementation of the strategic corporate communications plan.
• Coordinates corporate and business messages to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Serves as liaison with the product Public Relations team to coordinate corporate and business messages to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Serves as copyeditor to ensure adherence to corporate style and identity guidelines.
Events Management
• Manages event concept creation, e.g. themes, messages, purpose.
• Collects pre-event information to ensure required resources are available and to develop event work order.
• Tracks and communicates technical and information requirements.
• Conducts and coordinate post-event meetings to discuss any concerns received that may occur during the event.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
