MIGRATION AGENT

The main responsibilities of a Migration Agent include:

Assist in managing client relationships through various channels including telephone and email communications.

Support in the preparation, verification, and submission of visa applications across a range of subclasses such as Employer Sponsored Visas (TSS, 186, 407), General Skilled Migration (GSM), Partner visas, Family Visas, Student visas, 485 Visas etc.

Adhere to the Code of Conduct set by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

Learn and develop skills in time management to ensure deadlines for visa applications and appeals are met effectively.

Requirements:

Possession of a valid registration with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) is required.

Strong willingness to learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and lodgment.

Comfortable engaging with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
