Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology)
• Lead and manage the Process Reengineering team providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for process optimization, and translate them into actionable improvement plans and project roadmaps.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes, workflows, and procedures, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement workshops and Kaizen events to facilitate brainstorming, problem-solving, and consensus-building among stakeholders to drive process redesign and innovation.
• Define and implement standardized process frameworks, methodologies, and tools to streamline, workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve quality and consistency across IT operations.
• Partner with Solutions Architecture team to align process improvements with architectural standards and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Emerging Technology team to leverage automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) technologies to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
•Work closely with Agile Center of Excellence to integrate lean and agile principles into process improvement initiatives, promoting iterative development, continuous delivery, and rapid feedback loops.
• Lead and manage the Testing CoE team providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services and solutions.
• Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, processes, and standards to ensure comprehensive test coverage, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, and translate them into test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to streamline testing processes, increase efficiency, and accelerate time-to-market while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead the execution of functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and security testing activities across multiple projects and releases, ensuring thorough validation of software applications and systems.
• Engage with UI/UX designers to incorporate user-centric design principles and usability testing into process redesign efforts, ensuring a seamless and intuitive digital experience for internal and external customers
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operational excellence, software testing, quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance
metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong technical background with expertise in testing methodologies, tools, frameworks, and best
practices, including manual and automated testing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, lead cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Certification in lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is desirable.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and relevant testing tools and technologies is desirable.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and ML, and their applications in process optimization and digital transformation is a plus.
