Product Development Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Vision and Strategy:

• Develop a cohesive vision and strategy for Shift's Product and Services, with a focus on Smart City and Enterprise-related products and solutions.
• Act as the overall Product Owner and Project Manager for Shift's products, driving clarity to meet commercial and strategic goals.

2. Project Management:

• Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies.
• Manage high-impact/large-scale projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution.

3. Product Ownership:

• Define and articulate use cases, features, and requirements for proposed features.
• Ensure that features/requirements meet specified entry criteria.
• Solicit and formalize feedback from business teams and technology partners.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with internal groups and departments, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Engineering.
• Form formal networks with key decision-makers and serve as an external spokesperson for the organization.

5. Market Analysis:

• Perform competitive and gap analysis to understand market trends for existing products and targeted market segments.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and

experience.

• At least 2+ years of experience in a product-related role.

2. Product Focus:

• Familiarity with technical product management processes.
• Exposure to the creation of product roadmaps and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

3. User Experience:

• Ability to contribute to building an excellent user experience.

4. Communication:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate within small groups and with team members.

5. Adaptability:

• Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
