Recruitment Supervisor to Senior Manager

Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Responsible for the design and implementation of recruitment strategies for more efficient end-to-end hiring process 
• Train team members in maximizing the ATS and how to use job portals for sourcing 
• Responsible for the company's marketing and local branding
• Ensure quality of hires by setting metrics and preparing weekly/monthky reports 
• Manage job portals, career pages, offline events, and social media presence in relation to hiring and careers

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of people management experience for Supervisory level and at least 2-3 years of experience as a Manager/Sr. Manager for Senior Manager level 
• Must have BPO recruitment experience 
• Strong stakeholder and account management skills 
• Experience in talent marketing and branding is a MUST HAVE for managerial level
• Amenable to work onsite in either QC/Makati on a morning/midshift schedule
