Setup: Remote, Philippines (Work From Home)

Working Hours: midhift

Salary Range: ₱30,000 - ₱45,000

About the Role:

Are you a master communicator with a knack for building relationships?  Lennorhive is seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter specializing in Email and LinkedIn outreach to join our buzzing team! As an Email and LinkedIn Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you're ready to leverage the power of email and LinkedIn to drive connections and success in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize email outreach strategies to prospect and qualify potential leads, crafting personalized messages that resonate with recipients.
  • Harness the networking potential of LinkedIn to identify and engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our services and solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in calendar management.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed records of communication activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • at least 1 year of experience
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting, with a focus on email and LinkedIn outreach, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages tailored to specific audiences.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach techniques, including connection requests, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
