Digital Marketing Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  20 hours can be flexible however ideally within 8.30am-4.30pm Brisbane Australia timezone.

(6:30am - 2:30pm Manila Time)

Job Description:
As a Digital Marketer with us, you will play a crucial role in our ecommerce and digital marketing efforts, supporting various admin tasks to ensure smooth operations. While basic graphic design skills using Canva are beneficial, they are not the primary focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content plan and copy brief for Klaviyo campaigns.
  
• Schedule and manage Klaviyo email campaigns to optimize engagement.
  
• Create email or social media assets using Canva.
  
• Engage with user-generated content (UGC) contributors through Q&A sessions.
  
• Write and schedule engaging social media copy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  
• Assist in creating and editing TikTok content.
  
• Process wholesale orders through platforms like Faire and direct channels.
  
• Curate inspirational content for Facebook ads from brands of interest.
  
• Manage customer service inquiries via email and social media platforms.
  
• Engage with followers and maintain community interactions.
  
• Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaborations and product gifting.
  
• Develop and execute an affiliate marketing content and outreach plan.
  
• Collaborate on social media giveaways and partnerships with other brands.
  
• Set up and maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and file organization using Google Sheets.
  
• Manage Xero invoices and place orders through Lynk (3PL).
  
• Track inventory levels and provide notifications for restocking.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing roles.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, Canva, social media management tools, Xero, and Google Sheets.
  
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and collaboration.
  
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media engagement strategies.
  
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
  
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
