As a Digital Marketing Associate at Hilton, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization. Your primary goal will be to increase online traffic and conversions for Hilton properties in Manila, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Hilton properties in Manila, NCR, PH. 2. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels. 4. Create engaging content for social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements. 5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Hilton remains competitive in the industry. 7. Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3. Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns. 4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO. 5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Negotiation skills to secure partnerships and sponsorships with relevant brands and influencers. 7. Reliable and resilient personality traits to navigate the fast-paced digital marketing environment.
