Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: Homebase is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement for our brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a hardworking and confident personality. Strong project management and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement - Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and display advertising - Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies - Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team to drive results and professional growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns that drove tangible results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
