Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute successful digital strategies that align with business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, motivated, and possesses strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEO, and SEM - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge - Manage the company's online presence and reputation - Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy and budget allocation - Build and maintain relationships with digital marketing partners and vendors

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required
