Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase conversion rates - Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Kumu remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation - Drive strategic initiatives based on data insights to achieve business objectives - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns - Strong research skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results - Passion for all things digital marketing and a willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies - Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
