Email Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate launches, monitors, and manages email campaigns and optimizes them based on client parameters, builds client segments/lists based on data parameters, coordinates with the in-house design team for creatives, and more.

The Role

• Build and design campaigns from scratch (creating new templates in Klaviyo)
• Set up and execute email drip campaigns - copy and creative from others
• Pull existing copy and creative and iterate based on existing email templates/designs
• Templated reporting on campaign performance
• Test and check campaign content
• Maintain a clean contact list and email automation
• Mantain segmentation and connect customers to the right email campaigns
• Work with team to turn off campaigns or optimize per client's directives
• QA, update flows and triggers as per client directives

The Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Klaviyo or similar is a must-have
• 2+ years experience with Google Analytics is a must-have
• Experience with end-to-end email marketing is a must-have
• Proficiency with Attentive or similar SMS platform is a must-have
• Intermediate email design experience w/ Canva, Adobe or similar
• Basic competency with html, java script and API integrations

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or similar is a nice-to-have
• Experience with Wunderkind or other performance marketing tools is a nice-to-have
