Job Description - Events & Marketing Lead Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: As the Events & Marketing Lead Coordinator, you will spearhead all facets of our international event participation, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful delivery across diverse markets like North America and Australia. While not managing staff directly, you will lead our event initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating closely with in-house content and creative teams. This pivotal role holds you accountable for all aspects of event planning, execution, and follow-up. During quieter periods without events, you will also engage in broader marketing tasks, supporting ongoing marketing efforts and maintaining agility in our dynamic marketing environment Job Description:

  • Lead Event Planning and Execution: Spearhead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of international events, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality experiences.  
  • Manage Vendor and Venue Relations: Conduct research and negotiate with event venues and suppliers to secure optimal terms and ensure all event needs are met efficiently.  
  • Develop and Implement Promotional Strategies: Design and oversee the implementation of innovative promotional strategies to enhance event visibility and attendee engagement.  
  • Coordinate Event Marketing Materials: Collaborate with in-house teams to develop and distribute marketing materials, including digital content and physical collateral.  
  • Oversee Logistics and On-Site Management: Manage all event logistics, from material shipping and staff coordination to on-site setup and tear-down.  
  • Handle Crisis Management: Address and resolve any logistical issues during events, implementing contingency plans as needed.  
  • Analyze Event Performance: Post-event, collect and analyze data to assess event impact, generate performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.  


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Communications, or related field.  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets effectively.  
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.  
  • Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities, able to coordinate across multiple projects without direct supervision.  
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools; comfortable with technology integration for event management.  
  • Adaptable and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crises calmly.
