Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Jollibee Foods Corporation in Davao City, your primary responsibility will be to support the Marketing team in the execution of various marketing activities and campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Coordinate marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and advertising. 3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to help identify new opportunities. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the creative team and sales team, to ensure alignment on marketing efforts. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness. 6. Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns. 7. Help maintain the company's social media accounts and website with relevant content. 8. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Persuasive and creative mindset to develop compelling marketing messages. 7. Prior internship or work experience in marketing is a plus but not required. 8. Must be hardworking and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
