Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a marketing-related role and possess a strong work ethic and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns. - Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve marketing efforts. - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in a marketing role. - Independent and resourceful. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the food industry is a plus.
