Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a passionate and hardworking Marketing Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Marketing Assistant at PearlPay, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help promote our brand and products. This is an Associate Level position, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior - Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing initiatives - Assist with organizing events and promotional activities - Monitor and report on marketing metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
