Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

The Remote Marketing Associate at DMCI will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role will involve creating engaging content for various digital platforms, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor trends - Create compelling content for website, blogs, and social media platforms - Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on key metrics - Collaborate with design and sales teams to create integrated marketing materials - Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related role - Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms - Resourceful and confident in decision-making - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills
