Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and promote brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for marketing projects - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and track marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Assist in the coordination of events, tradeshows, and other marketing activities - Provide support in the management of social media accounts and engage with followers - Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software tools - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
