Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is seeking a reliable and confident Marketing Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns - Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Provide support to the sales team in achieving revenue targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics - Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
