Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. As a leading brewery company, we are looking for a candidate who can contribute to our marketing efforts and help drive the growth of our brands.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement promotional campaigns. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 5. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for online platforms. 6. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. 7. Prepare reports on marketing activities and present findings to management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage industry. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software. 6. Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 7. Hardworking and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
