Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (CST) | 9 PM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: USD 1700- USD 1900 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with experience working in small business environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to elevate our firm's brand, attract potential customers, and retain existing clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand awareness. This involves coordinating with creative teams, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, website content, videos, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage the organization's social media profiles, engage with followers, and create effective social media campaigns.
• SEO, SEM & PPC: Implement SEO/SEM and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance using the Marketing Optimization Dashboard.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize resources.

• Team Management: Build, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience is required with exceptional communication skills and a strong aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a small business setting.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific processes, particularly in family law, would be advantageous.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective planning and organizational abilities to manage and prioritize tasks.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
• Headset for making and receiving calls.
