Marketing Manager - Work from home

• Lead the design and development of marketing materials, including digital content, customer-facing documents, and web pages. 
• Hands-on work with tools such as WordPress, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant platforms to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets. 
• Oversee and directly engage in the creation, updating, and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring a strong online presence and optimal user experience. 
• Actively participate in the creation and completion of marketing projects, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 
• Liaise with and develop external contractors for specialized tasks, ensuring that all outsourced work aligns with company standards and goals. 
• Maintain a balance between in-house and outsourced tasks, depending on project complexity and required expertise. 
• Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including Google Ad campaigns and event marketing. 
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments. 
• Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders. 
• Manage the company’s social media presence, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, including content creation and performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives. 
• Proven experience in marketing with strong hands-on capabilities in design and web development. 
• Expertise in WordPress, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant digital marketing tools. 
• Experience in overseeing and contributing to the entire lifecycle of marketing projects. 
• Ability to manage and coordinate with external contractors effectively
• Strong skills in creating engaging presentations and managing social media platforms.
