About The Role

This role demands a blend of marketing skills and technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for growing our subscribers to meet daily, weekly and monthly kpis. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in Hubspot CRM. This person should have a full understanding of digital marketing and how to run and execute ad accounts (meta, google etc) while also reporting on them. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a knack for creating engaging content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience to generate leads to our workshops and courses. Regularly create and post content across various social media platforms.
• Ad Creatives: Development: Craft compelling ad creatives for different platforms. Should have a keen eye for design and the ability to convey messages effectively through visuals and effective wording.
• Email Marketing : Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
• Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality video ads that resonate with our audience. Must be proficient in video editing software and storytelling through visuals.
• CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and sales. Experience with our CRM or if you have one that is effective we can use that.
• Landing Page Creation: Design and build effective landing pages that are integrated with our sales systems. Should have an understanding of web design principles and conversion rate optimisation.
• Sales Funnel Development: Expertise in creating and managing sales funnels to guide potential customers through the buying process.
• Backend/Web Portal Development: Build and maintain a backend or web portal for our educational course, ensuring easy and secure access for members.
• Automation Proficiency: Implement and manage marketing automations to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of social media, email marketing, and ad creation.
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
• Experience with CRM systems, ( Hubspot Preferred ) landing page builders, and sales funnel development.
• Knowledge in web development for creating member portals and backend systems.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
