Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Humble Sustainability in Quezon City, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for sustainability. As an Associate Level position, this role will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, and websites - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for online marketing initiatives - Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media ads - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Humble Sustainability remains competitive in the market

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sustainability or eco-friendly industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Hardworking and dedicated mindset - Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and MailChimp
